Capture the sun

Capture the sun in your heart because sometimes outside it will be gloomy. Remember the good times and makes plans for more good times because unexpected bumps in the road will come your way. Stay focused on your goals and stay the course since trouble is temporary and will not last forever.

Positive changes

What motivates you to go down a path. In life we make choices every second of the day. Keep those choices as positive as you are able. Sometimes, first you have to make sidesteps or step back before a significant progress is realized. Be strong!

Coming in from the cold

Ah a new year is here 2011. Be sure to stay positive in these sunlight starved winter months. If you slip and fall be sure to get back up - ask for help if you need it. Managing your life through adversity such as cold weather is just part of this experience!

There are times in your life when opportunities may come your way and you are not in a position to take it. Remember that in this life you can take control and as such there are times when you have to make a choice. Sometimes the desired path requires sacrifice. Brace yourself and buckle down. If the goal is to be achieved with a little sacrifice then I suggest you do what you must to make progress.

The road ahead of you is an uncertain domain. For all the planning we do there will sometimes be an unexpected turn of events that may delay the goal. It is imperative that you catapult yourself with positive power to get you over the hurdles as they come your way. 

Don't Repeat Past Mistakes

Don't repeat the mistakes of the past. Do some homework and learn from past mistakes. You may choose to keep doing those same actions that led you down an arduous path to discontent - in this case you may just as well call yourself crazy!
